TICKET OFFICE
>> How do I book a ticket ?

You can book your ticket on our website domedeparis.com by choosing your show, the through our ticketing partner Ticketmaster.Tickets are also available at the following outlets : Carrefour, Auchan, E.Leclerc and Fnac.

>> Can I buy tickets on site ?

On performance evenings, our box office opens hour before the show. You can purchase tickets there for the day's performance (subject to availability), as well as upcoming shows. Payment is accepted by credit card or cash. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks, gift certificates, or holiday vouchers.

>> Can I resell my ticket ?

You can resell your ticket through our partner Tickemaster. The fan resale service offered by Ticketmaster is 100% secure for both the buyer and the seller.

>> What time do the doors open ?

The doors open 1 hour before the start show (the show time is mentioned on your ticket).

>> May I change my reservation ?

No, you can modify or exchange your reservation.

>> How to book places for a group, a works council ?

You can reserve your tickets by sending an email to : collectivites@ticketnet.fr or by calling 01 48 28 46 46 (from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday).

>> I lost my ticket, what can I ?

We invite you to contact your point of sale to obtain a duplicate ticket. Please collect it on site 1 hour before the start of the show.

>> E-billet, M-billet, how to do it ?

An e-ticket, also called an electronic ticket, is a digital ticket that you must print on an A4 sheet in color or in black and white or download to your smartphone.

An m-ticket is an electronic ticket that can be downladed directly to your smartphone. It comes in the form of a mobile-friendly PDF file, which can be displayed on the screen and scanned at the entrance to the venue.

>> The ticket name is not mine, can I enter the hall ?

Tickets are not nominative. You can access the venue even if your name is not on the ticket.

>> If the show has been postponed or cancelled, how do I get a refund ?

.Refunds for your tickets are only available from your point of purchase.

>> Is it possible to cancel my reservation ?

A ticket reservation cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded (except in the event of cancellation or postponement of the show).

>> In case of late arrival, what do you need to know ?

After the performance has started, we will not be able to guarantee you seat.

>> From what age are children allowed ?

We advise against access for children under 4 years old, even accompanied, due to the high noise level.

For shows intended for children, each child must have a ticket, regardless of age, to be able to access the venue.

The DÔME DE PARIS reserves the right to refuse entry to minors under 15 years of age who are not accompanied by an adult or do not have parental authorization.

PMR - PSH
>> How to reserve my place ?

Accessible seating areas  are designated spaces without seats, designed to accomodate your personal wheelchair. Nearby, one or two regular seats are available for your companions. These spaces are reserved exclusively for wheelchair users.

If your situation is different, you can book your seat directly on our website, like all other spectators.

You can also contact our booking service by phone at 01 48 28 46 46 (from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday).

Anyone with a disability or reduced mobility is invited to access the hall via the dedicated entrance, marked "reception PMR-PSH".

A receptionist will be present to greet you, and a security guard will escort you to your seat.

LOST ITEMS

>> I lost an item in the room, what should I do ?

To claim a lost item, please send an e-mail to : contact@domedeparis.com

Please specify the name and date of the performance and provide as much detail as possible about your lost item.

ORDER
>> May I bring my motorcycle helmet ?

Motorcycle helmets are permitted and must be left in the cloakroom.

>> Can I bring my suitcase, my rucksack ?

Suitcases and travel bags are prohibited ; only small backpacks are permitted.

>> May I bring my laptop ?

Laptops are permitted, but we accept no responsability for loss, theft or damage.

PROHIBITED ITEMS (non-exhaustive list)

Any object that could be used as a projectile, constitute a weapon or pose a threat to the safety of the public, staff and performers is prohibited in the venue. 

- Hazardous products, aerosols, smoke bomds, tears gas, etc...

- Scissors, box cutters, knives, weapons, etc...

- Large batteries (electric bikes, scooters, etc...)

- Megaphones,

- Prams, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, etc...

- Glass bottles, flask, 

- Food and drinks brought from outside

- Smoking, vaping outside of designated area

- Suitcases, travel bag and backpacks

- Animals, with the exception of guide dogs

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

As part of the VIGIPIRATE plan and in accordance with regulations applicable to establishments open to the public (ERP), bag searches are mandatory.

Anyone wishing to enter the establishment is required to undergo the securitu checks in force, including, where applicable, a secuty pat-down carried out by authorised personnel.

From the ring road, take the Porte de Versailles or Porte de Sèvres exit, heading towards the Parc des Expositions.

Please note : The DÔME DE PARIS is located right next to the Parc des Expositions at Porte de Versailles. Before heading to the show, we recommend checking whether any trade shows or events are taking place on that day, as traffic can be particularly heavy. > View traffic in real time

FOOD AND DRINK

Sales outlets, located within the Dôme de Paris, are open one hour before the show and during intermissions.

You will find a selection of drinks, fast food (sandwiches, chips, ...) ans sweets.
