INTERNAL REGULATIONS

Internal Regulations

All persons entering the DÔME DE PARIS must comply with the present Internal Regulations, as well as with the laws and standards in force.

PREAMBULE

These rules apply to the public as well as to persons authorised to temporarily occupy the premises of DÔME DE PARIS during various events.

For the comfort and safety of all, all persons are required to comply with the internal regulations and safety instructions specific to DÔME DE PARIS.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ACCESS

DÔME DE PARIS is open at the times indicated on the admission tickets.

Access to the DÔME DE PARIS is strictly forbidden to children under the age of two, even if accompanied, for safety reasons relating to the volum of sound.

DÔME DE PARIS reserves the right to refuse access to minors under the age of 13 who are not accompanied by an adult of legal age in the absence of parental authorisation.

Animals are not allowed inside the DÔME DE PARIS, with the exception of dogs accompagnying visually impaired persons.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF ACCESS RELATED TO SHOWS AND EVENTS

All spectators must be in possession of a paying ticket or invitation.

Any person present to work on the event in prograss : artists - technicians - journalists - production staff and sub-contractors, must be in possession of a identification badge or accreditation.

CONTROL, FIRE SAFETY

For reasons of satefy, emergency and to ensure the smooth running of the service, spectators and participants must comply with the instructions of the safety and security personnel whose job it is to provide the necessary response in the event of accidents, incidents, fire or acts of violence, and to evacuate the building.

On entering the DÔME DE PARIS, all persons may be required to check their bags and show their contents on entering and leavind the building.

During the VIGIPIRATE plan period, bag searches ares compulsory. All persons are required to comply with security checks, wich require them to be palpated by specialised personnel.

PROHIBITED OBJECTS

It is forbidden to bring into the auditorium any object that could present a danger to spectators, staff or performers.

Weapons and ammunition, tear gas canisters, knives and sharp objects.

Explosive, flammable or volatile substances.

CLOAKROOMS - CONSIGNE

The DÔME DE PARIS does not have a cloakroom.

Motorbike helmets are not permitted in the room and must be left in the cloakroom.

Laptops are not allowed in the room. You will be asked to leave them in the cloakroom.

Suitcases and travel bags are not permitted. You will find a self-service left-luggage office 4 minutes's walk from the DÔME DE PARIS.

BEHAVIOUR TO ENJOY LIVING TOGETHER

Spectators and participants are asked to refrain from any aggressive or insulting behaviour likely to annoy spectators or staff.

In order to preserve the quality of the reception and maintain the areas of the enclosure, including the toilets, it is forbidden to put up inscriptions or posters on the areas of the DÔME DE PARIS, and to throw rubbish on the ground.

MOBILE PHONES - NOISE

Mobile phones must be switched off in the auditorium. They may only be used in the public areas.

It is forbidden to disturb others by any noisy demonstration.

Any person disturging the peace may be refused entry to the venue or expelled, without being entitled to a refund of their tickets.

FOOD AND DRINKS

Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the DÔME DE PARIS.

NO SMOKING

In application of the Evin Law of 15 November 2006 and its implementing decree n°2006-1386, smoking is prohibited in the DÔME DE PARIS, and this prohibition has been extended to electronic cigarettes.

IMAGE RIGHTS

With regard to image rights and intellectual and artistic property rights, it is forbidden without written authorisation from the Organiser and the Management of the DÔME DE PARIS to take protographs or make visual or sound recordings.

We inform the public that during the events, they may be photographed and filmed during television broadcasts.

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

Spectators are informed that the DÔME DE PARIS is equipped with a video surveillance system (law 95-73 decree 96-926).

CANCELLATION OR POSTPONEMENT

In the event of cancellation or postponement of shows or events, the Organiser or its designated distributors will be responsible for refunds or postponements.

The DÔME DE PARIS can in no way be held respponsible for ticket refunds or posponement dates, which are the Organiser's responsibility.

TIMETABLE

Spectators are asked to take their seats 30 minutes before the start of the performance. Access to numbered seats is no longer guaranteed after the start time indicated on the ticket, and will not give rise to a refund.

Exit from the auditorium and reception areas is final.

Any breach of these rules and regulations will result in the offender being excluded from the DÔME DE PARIS and, if appropriate, prosecuted.
